Tracey Tewksbury – Coach

Tracey has been immersed in the world of horses since early childhood, building a lifetime of experience grounded in classical principles and shaped by years of training under respected European mentors. While dressage remains her core discipline, Tracey’s approach to horsemanship extends far beyond the arena.

With a deep commitment to ethical training and equine welfare, she brings a holistic understanding to her work — one that integrates rider biomechanics, equine clinical ethology, and psychology. Tracey believes that true progress comes through partnership, echoing the timeless wisdom of Xenophon: “Anything forced or misunderstood can never be beautiful.”

Her expertise spans dressage training, horsemanship, groundwork, liberty, foundation jumping, float training, retraining problem behaviours and off-the-track Thoroughbreds. Whether she’s helping solve behavioural challenges or guiding a young horse towards self-carriage, her focus is always on cultivating harmony, balance, and mutual trust.

Tracey is passionate about creating meaningful connections between horse and rider. Her training programs prioritise communication, softness, and understanding — with the ultimate goal of developing not just skilled equestrians, but thoughtful, empathetic horse people.

Sara Lejman – Coach

Sara grew up in Poland with a deep-rooted love for horses, particularly dressage — the discipline that has always captured her heart. While she also explored show jumping and enjoyed the thrill of competition, it was her curiosity and drive to understand riding on a deeper level that led her to become a certified riding instructor. What began as a side interest gradually evolved into a true calling.

Now based in Australia, Sara is passionate about introducing young riders to the equestrian world and helping them develop not just skills, but a lasting love for the sport. She believes riding is as much about mindset and personal growth as it is about technique, and she weaves these values into her daily training.

With a strong interest in biomechanics, Sara focuses on helping riders improve their strength, flexibility, and mobility — all essential foundations for effective, balanced riding. Outside of the arena, she enjoys dancing and pilates, both of which complement her approach to movement and body awareness in the saddle.

Andrea Dunsby – Coach

Andrea is a truly global equestrian, with a background as diverse as her riding experience. Born in Egypt to Dutch and British parents, she has lived in Egypt, the Netherlands, Qatar, the UAE, the UK, China, and now calls Australia home. No matter where life has taken her, one passion has remained constant: horses.

Her journey has taken her from working in large competition stables in Beijing to riding in the backyards of rural Australia, giving her a rich and varied perspective on horsemanship across cultures. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for the universal bond between horse and rider.

Currently, Andrea is retraining her off-the-track Thoroughbred, Henry, as a show jumper while also competing in endurance riding — two contrasting disciplines that continually challenge and inspire her. Beyond the saddle, Andrea has a love of language learning. She is fluent in Dutch and currently studying Mandarin Chinese, having earned an HSK Level 2 certification.

Andrea’s approach to horse training is rooted in the belief that “by going slow, we go fast.”

Sydnie Williams – Coach

Sydnie has been immersed in the equestrian world from a young age, with strong involvement in Pony Club, Interschool, and Equestrian Australia competitions — primarily in showjumping and eventing. Her passion for sharing knowledge and supporting young riders led her to earn her NCAS Level 1 and Pony Club Preliminary Instructor Certificate at just 15 years old.

In 2022, Sydnie moved from Queensland to Geelong to complete an Advanced Diploma in Equine Business Management at Marcus Oldham College. Her studies opened doors to international experience, taking her to work with top-level stables across Europe and the UK.

Sydnie takes a calm, encouraging approach to coaching, prioritising fun, comfort, and connection. She genuinely cares about her students and finds joy in building relationships and watching their confidence grow over time.

Currently, she’s training her young warmblood mare for showjumping and eventing, while continuing her passion for retraining off-the-track Thoroughbreds and helping them transition to happy, successful new homes.
